A
recent update to your uAttend application saw option to restrict
where you allow your employee's to be able to sign in/off from when
using their uAttend phone app.
Previously,
an employee could sign in/off from anywhere and the street address
would be stamped to their time, allowing you to know they were
on-site. This meant that constant monitoring would be needed to
ensure those clockings where made at the correct street address.
You
can find the new Geo-Locations option under the Users tab.
The
new Geo-Locations feature allows you to restrict the employee's phone
app to only work within a radius of the street address you specify.
You
can also then tag which employee's can sign on/off at those
locations. Employee's can also be tagged to multiple locations.
The
Geo-Locations feature is available for all uAttend customers and will
work with both iPhone and Android phone app clockings.
